Our cross-departmental plant swap was a huge success! Thank you to the 100+ people who showed up to exchange cuttings and healthy plant babies! The UNC Biochemistry and Biophysics graduate student-led social committee did a great job of planning, setting-up, promoting, and hosting the event.

A UNC delegation joined more than 400 advocates from across the country in DC to urge Congress to prioritize funding for medical research & NIH. Participants met with Congressional staff and members to call for sustained investment to advance treatments, inspire hope, and improve public health.
