I would go with werewolf since Lycanthrope can also refer to a mental illness where someone believes they are an animal, or a person who believes they can transform into an animal.

Handspeak.com should be of great help to you in the future if you want to ensure you stick to one. You're only issues in the future will be to ensure the differences between Canadian ASL and American ASL, we use a lot of signs while they still spell out many things. Don't hesitate to hit me up!

Your dragon is for Auslan Sign language. The octopus's lower half swims inwards towards the signer. The rest is spot on for ASL.
