As an unaffiliated voter it allows me to vote for candidates I believe to be the better. My choice! Also I tend to speak my mind but respect others' opinions when they make sense and are truthful.
Agree. I want it to go further. Elect candidates based on their stances on serving the people not a party. A problem I see as part of why we are in this mess right now. Additionally, the people should be able to remove ineffective reps not Congress which tends to protect them.

Be mindful it's not just special cases. Anyone that isn't "white" will be a target sooner than you think and regardless of everything done right or even US born. These color blind assholes will target anyone they see as "different" than their bigotry. We must stand up to them.
