This weekend helped.

I meditated on the water.

I listened to the ospreys and gulls cry.

I walked through a marsh and a forest.

I laughed and vibed with friends.

I watched the sunset three nights in a row.

I hope the peace lasts a bit longer. And if not, I can and will remember these moments.

Spotted Falkor on my saucer at this afternoon’s tea luncheon.

Sometimes just watching nature exist, uninterrupted, for a few moments is enough. The sun shining, the bees buzzing, and my breathing. It's all good. It will all be good.
