i finished higurashi after picking it up like 2-ish months ago..!! its really amazing, i wish i read it before umineko so things would make a little more sense with the little higurashi callbacks in umineko but it doesnt change much -

the reason i started higurashi is because i kept hallucinating some secret ninth episode of umineko after i finished it and i couldnt take knowing i was finished with it so i went to higurashi in my scrambling for more umineko
