Some, sure. But basic enemies that spawn multiple times a mission like Dedicants, Jugulus, Amalgams etc.? Absolutely not, they are there to be fodder. If its not important enough to have their Health bar at the top of the screen, theyre not important enough for D.A., and thats what DE have done here
