Thank you for helping to spread the word on these stolen products. I really hope people listen and choose to go to the original designer if they need reels.

Thanks for the nice comment about my reels, I'm so happy to hear you enjoy them! Yes, shitty of them to do this. Really really uncool because you are right, I spent a lot of time (and user feedback) to get the reels to the quality they are. It has been a passion project

Again, please do not go for this higher priced knockoff. Instead, I ask that you consider supporting me, the original/real deaigner of this product. You can find my Etsy shop here

Thanks for the consideration, and for letting me plead my case.

So please consider avoiding these stolen knock-off offerings of my long-time efforts, and consider telling your friends to do the same. Please support the original designer (me) instead of some thief. They are paying for advertising ovarious platforms, which is just super uncool.

As the operator of the Film Stuff Lab shop on Etsy, I humbly request that you NOT support this sort of thing. We all know stealing is wrong (our moms taught us that). Plus I guarantee that I put more care, time, and effort into what I ship out to you. Not to mention my prices are lower too.

They stole my 110 reel design (which I offer free, for personal use) and is selling MY reels under a different name). They removed my "Film Stuff Lab" branding and replaced it with the "Close <--> Open" instead. Everything else is identical and unchanged from my design.

If you plan on home developing APS. Check out Film Stuff Lab on Esty (full disclosure, It's my shop where I offer a few things including odd format developing reels that I designed).

They are fiddly. I much prefer the older, and much simpler version that was made by many companies and was just two pieces of formed metal

At this point I think it falls under "classic" Brit sitcoms. I love it!

Your PFP reminds me of Vivian from #theyoungones, was that intentional or am I just goofy? 🤣

Get 'em both done stat!

I don't exactly know. I know they used the correct E6, but I suspect the lid came off the tank mod-way though. They never gave any details.

Do you think? I'll take it!

Honestly looks like the ocean. Nice! Sometimes I find it hard to believe lakes can be so active

Oh, the still absolutely is! I just added the camera to the scene :)

Hah! Not seen that before!
I don't think anything inspired my mashup of Godzilla and the Nimslo aside of simply seeing Godzilla, noticing his(?) hands were empty and well positioned to hold something. I had just been playing with my Nimslo and figured it the perfect shape for Godzilla's hands

Sometimes, not often, but sometimes, the gamble pays off. #optimism
