Jagpreet Kaur is currently seeking research participants aged 60 and older to take part in a study to develop a mental health program to improve help seeking attitudes among older adults. To learn more about the study & how to participate, view the call for participants: umanitoba.ca/centre-on-ag...
Recruitment poster titled Help us design a brief mental health video for older adults. The University of Manitoba study invites adults aged 60 or older living in Winnipeg, with knowledge or experience of mental health problems, to participate. Involvement includes attending 8–10 monthly meetings of about 1.5 hours, sharing knowledge and experiences, and working with researchers and clinicians to co-develop a video aimed at reducing stigma around seeking mental health care. Participants receive a $200 honorarium. Contact details are provided for Ms. Jagpreet Kaur (email debadj@myumanitoba.ca, phone 204-474-6790) and advisor Dr. Corey Mackenzie (Corey.Mackenzie@umanitoba.ca).
