I've decoded the letters and retyped it as you can see at right.

It conveys a message delivered by the poppy about the real pain of children during the transformation of them into expirements.

And I think in the last line it is all written about the hidden abilities of poppy...

What do you think guys?

Will doctor come back in chapter 5?

Or in chapter 6 if it exists?

I think he will because he appeared in the latest halloween art of mob entertainment which is a little bit strange to me.

The screenshot seems like he's waking without any hesitation not rushing like chapter 1 in the vents.

Guess what? He's going to be an ally in chapter 5 who will help us to defeat the prototype. As I've discussed in previous theories...

According to my opinion the doctor(1354) could comeback in chapter 5 because if he is a truly intelligent guy then he will surely knew that he would die from before.

And he might have set a backup of his consciousness secretly to recover himself and be alive.

As we can see that this note is about the daily schedule of the train of what we've seen in the game station...

Block 1,2 and 4 is mentioned here...

But my eyes are attracted to the letter written as "Redacted" means it is removed/hidden. We'll go in this location in chapter-5.

Huggy is going to die in ch-5 by the hands of 1006 following the plot pattern of ch-3.

It is because in the ARGS of ch-3 we've seen that 1006 has saved theo when he burnt and saved his life and later killed him.

Similarly 1006 will kill huggy after saving him in chapter- 5.

!POPPY VS PROTOTYPE!

Yes you're seeing right above! Prototype wants to capture poppy because she possess a special ability which is very useful for the prototype. I think in climax they will clash to each other and player have to defend poppy too apart from huggy before.
