March was busy! I did some guest lectures, joined @srti.bsky.social @xrboston.bsky.social @jrvollhardt.bsky.social and many amazing artists as scientists from a zero-emissions future in the final act of this production www.arrowstarts.org/climate, & of course #TeslaTakedown

The day after #AGU23 ended, scientists and activists protested in Uganda to call for an end to fossil fuel expansion and climate colonialism
If you squint you can see the black sign on the right that says “Out of the lab & into the streets”

Climate Changemakers' hour of action later that evening was full of productive letter writing and coalition-building

#AGU23 Recap Thread

I got on a train in Brunswick, ME on Dec 7, passing through Boston & changing in Chicago.
The train passed the snowy Rockies & Sierras, a herd of elk, a golden eagle perched by her nest, & lively conversation from nature-loving passengers.

Take heart - our demands are being translated into actionable proposals. In this webinar, I'll be wearing my scientist hat to talk about how money recovered from oil & gas companies can be used for climate mitigation & adaptation. @350ma.bsky.social

Look at us: are we dangerous radicals or are we just not the few billionaires invested in maintaining the fossil economy?

Yesterday I stopped work on the Mountain Valley Pipeline. I locked to the drill, 79-year-old Marty Zinn locked to part of the track (she's under the umbrella), & four others were in foot locks blocking the entrance.
