So I had helped my buddy move this summer, and I pulled my back in two places, as well as my thighs, because he thought there wasn't much to move, but it was a hurry-hurry thing.
Those stretches got me back into my former self.

I did a number on my back/hips/thigh this past summer, and they told me Advil, and rest. I found some stretches to do, and it actually worked. The internet is still useful.

Holy crap, Mark. My neighbour John used to call my dog Maggie 'Mabel' the entire 12 (greatest) years she was with us. I'd even call her that from time to time, and she'd respond. You're a lucky man with two loving dogs.
