tip for noses: think of them like ice cream cones! at least, that's what I was told once. Obviously different sizes/shapes on the nostrils/etc. but, the basic idea helped me a lil!

I really should try more still lives but the patience...the adhd does not like the patience required lol

The first one I did at home with items I had, second was done in class with what the prof set up (unfinished), and the third was a hallway outside of class. You can learn ways to hold a pencil to find out lengths/angles/etc. It's really cool!

As an addition to this - still lives are a really good way to practice too. I learned more doing still lives in the one drawing class I took than in any time spent messing around myself by a LOT. And you can just set up objects at home too. I'm sure you could find videos on still lives as well :)

Sadly I do not have procreate, it's a want of mine in the future with a better tablet as well - but for now I have Clip Studio Paint which works very nicely! I'm sure there's probably something similar if I could ever remember to go looking!

you ever look at your own art and go 'HOW AM I DOING THIS?!' Yeah, that's me right now. Forcing myself to take a break. It's been best to work on this in 1-2 hour increments. So excited to see it once it's done! Ways to get yet!
