I feel like everything we’ve been told about federalism and the private sector being a check on federal power is a lie. What’s the point of state governments and private medical companies and associations when one man gets to determine what medicine is for everyone in the nation?

Europe just needs to grow a spine. They’re economy is the size of the US and China and they have two nuclear powers. I just don’t understand why they keep acting li the US is still a feasible long term partner. They’re not anymore.

Yeah I don’t get it. With Nvidia literally lending money to AI companies to then buy Nvidia chips with. This earnings report is exactly what should be expected. They’re basically propping up their own sales. It’s exactly the sort of thing people shouldn’t be hyped about. It’s unsturdy footing.

Sure. But if we expected the AI industry to be in a speculative bubble. Wouldn’t we expect Nvidia to be making insane revenue? Just unpack the court. We had over 200 years of jurisprudence that said money wasn’t free speech. And then we had radical activists make up law out of thin air. We don’t need to amend the constitution for it to start meaning what it always has.

Yeah powder for dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent is almost dead in the US. Companies have basically successfully upsold Americans on the more expensive and not at all better pods and liquids here. There are some stores that don’t have any powder detergent on their shelves at all.
