Niceee! You can definitely get to 6am. Maybe start with 2 days a week where that’s the goal.
I did meet my goal of 5am, although it fluctuates sometimes to 5:30am depending on the night before. If I go out or deviate from my evening schedule, then yeah….I have 6:30am mornings lol
