• Isaiah Collier needs the right players around him to make a positive impact — Filipowski is definitely one of those players. Neither KLove or KAnderson have the speed to play with Collier and were paired out their with him tonight

• The officiating continues to be a storyline for the UTA Jazz

• The Lakers shot an unprecedented 65.9% (27-41) on FGs in the entire 2H. The reason: UTA had absolutely zero rim protection and very little care to rotate into positions to try and deny the ball

• Kyle Anderson is a good player. He does not fill a Jazz need whatsoever

• Kevin Love: (0p/4r/0a)

• Cody Williams continues to have nothing to contribute to the Jazz offense. Played actual decent defense on Luka and in the 1H was definitely one of the players helping get stops

• Ace made some cool plays when he got the ball, but was not that involved and LeBron was happy to go at him on offense

• There is just no way Brice can ever do enough offensively to offset his defensive woes sometimes. Tonight was one of those nights. Missed a lot of his shots short (1-6 from deep)

• Collier has to be better at identifying players he can attack and players who actually are just bigger and stronger

• Lauri played really well and genuinely could have been in store for another points explosion, but was not able to hit his 3’s and LAL got away with tons of physicality on him with smaller players

• Svi was great on offense and as solid as usual on defense. Kept daring Luka to shoot over him

• Keyonte played one of the best halves of his career in the first but could not find as many solves for the defense in the second. Still was effective with the looks he was getting off. Finished with (33p/4r/7a) but made no 3’s in 2H

• Nurkić was the worst Jazzman on the floor. 6 mind-numbing TOVs
