More human than human
Yet, the process of impeachment is in the Constitution, thus the idea of holding elected representatives accountable for their actions is "originalist".

For his failure to defend the Constitution and the republic, Roberts should himself be impeached - at the very least.

You keep using that word [justice]. I do not think it means what you think it means.

The probability of succession is high enough that we should expect at least two years of JDV presidency, and the comical posture and stupid policy suggested by his current rhetoric.

So, I still encourage alliance of EU, Commonwealth, ASEAN...

Слава Україні!

Also, JDV would be able to nominate someone even more vile as new VP, requiring only a majority of House and Senate to confirm. Imagine Miller or Vought in that role. Welcome to Gilead - and may the odds be ever in your favor.
December 21, 2025 at 10:27 PM
Although JDV may have the charisma of a moldy heel of bread, and may fail to galvanize Republican or MAGA electorate, that may not matter, as they already use suppression and gerrymandering to win, but more importantly, they look like they may attempt to suppress elections more generally.
December 21, 2025 at 10:27 PM
JDV seems thoroughly vile, but he is VP, and DJT appears to be in physical and mental decline such that either infirmity may lead to invocation of 25A, Article II, Section 4 [removal by VP and majority of cabinet] or death may lead to succession.

JDV is positioned to succeed DJT.

Had he selected News Corp. Building in NY, and renamed it the Trump Murdoch Center for Entertainment Arts, it would have been much more plausible.

All human embryos between 4 and 7 weeks old have bipotential gonads, which are indistinguishable as male or female, and only later develop as testes or ovaries, depending on SRY gene expression.

So, in a way, we're all trans, but also a multiple spectrums of possibilities are suggested.

unless they are socialists

but that seems rather unlikely
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
so, while decreasing cost to consumers sounds good, it seems unlikely outside of a nationalized and socialized system.

this re-renders the posture toward the entire pharmaceutical sector as that of an organized crime-syndicate

and re-renders the posture toward the people as transparent deceit

executive compensation can be decreased by executive action, but this is antithetical to their interests
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
investor compensation can be decreased by executive action, but this discourages investment
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
worker compensation is decreased through uniformity of process to drive wages downward or through replacement by automation, both of which are anti-social [unless we actively fund worker retraining and workers can reasonably transition to adjacent sectors].
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
obviously, this is technically possible, but if supply-chain cost for precursors, cost of manufacturing facilities, cost of electricity, and cost of fuel are already minimized, then executive compensation, return to investors, and worker compensation are the only places to cut.
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
if ethically feasible, is it economically feasible, given cost of operation and profit taking, for the combination of pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributers, pharmacies and hospitals to coordinate decreased cost to consumers/patients?
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
same for health-insurance

putting aside my dream though:

can any administration negotiate such a price reduction through pro-social, ethical, and legal means? is an 86% reduction in cost for medication even possible? [on average - not merely decreasing cost of one medication such as insulin]
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
imo, the entire pharmaceutical industry should be publicly funded and operated through universities and research institutions, with hybrid patent rights so that researchers get credit for their work, but the nation [all residents] benefit.

regionally distributed manufacturing would give redundancy
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
the fact that they are so bad at math distracts us from the likelihood that such cuts are incredibly unlikely in a free market, as well as from their posture of dominance toward the market.

the language is not of negotiation but of state mandate

the posture is weirdly anti-capitalist
December 18, 2025 at 9:41 PM
There are positive things one could say about him?
December 18, 2025 at 3:25 AM
if not about drugs, and unsupported by US petrochemical companies, and tactically and strategically suicidal, this is more obviously a manufactured crisis as distraction from the Epstein scandal

as such, it is tacit admission of guilt, both of pedophilia and rape of children
December 17, 2025 at 10:19 PM
for the regime, everything hinges on suppressing free and fair elections, but they only need to suppress part of CA or NY electorate

they can then make an example of dissenters

they require only CBP and ICE loyalty and sufficient control to prevent military intervention to carry out a purge
December 16, 2025 at 9:26 PM
but how much will it matter?

if their intent was to seize and consolidate power, using maga supporters to do so, but not reciprocating, then they have succeeded.

if their intent was to create an executive militia, answerable to none, they have succeeded.

does it matter now if maga defect?
December 16, 2025 at 9:26 PM
hence weaponization of hierarchy

dehumanization

exclusion

same as it ever was
