Now, I love playing and singing to whomever will listen ... actually, I don't care if they listen or not ... I am having the time of my life.

After fumbling around with it for about 7 years, I broke down and took a ukulele course, last January (2024). I learned a lot more than I thought I would. I also learned how to conquer my fears of letting other people hear me play and or sing.

When I started, I didn't realize how addictive they were. Anyway, my favourites are the tenor (with a low G - tuned gCEA) and the baritone (tuned DGBE)). I especially like the acoustic/electric versions. My next acquisition will be an acoustic/electric tenor (with a low G, of course).

About 8 years ago, I started teaching myself to play ukulele on a concert ukulele. I wanted to experience all of the ukuleles while I learned (haven't got there yet lol) so I acquired UAS (Ukulele Acquisition Syndrome) and bought 1 of each of the ones I had heard of back then. Now, I have 7.
