Legitimate or not, the SCOTUS has already given him pre-determined immunity for “official” acts.

That will enable him to push all the nominations through without any process or objection. The houses will remain on recess for the entirety of his term. This will effectively give him unfettered powers and authority.

All the cheeto dusted bag of lard’s nominations will go through. He’ll recess both houses by less than legitimate means. The little secret he and Johnson were supposedly winking about!
