I actually really liked Section 31 as a concept: a dark, secretive group of extremists trying to do what they seem is right, only for them to have to face the truth. The best way to use 31 is as a reminder for Starfleet, that they are better, but they can still further improve!

What I'm trying to say, is that there's a time and a place for sing-alongs and callouts. Should there be showings for that? Yes. Should there be showings without that? Yes. May there come a day where singing along and callouts are just a normal part of watching this movie? Sure! But that takes time!

People are mentioning Rocky Horror Picture Show; but like, that movie came out decades ago, so people who haven't seen it can probably find it for pretty cheap nowadays. Also, the callouts are a core-part of the queer history and fandom around RHPS!
