This was me one day after my car fell on top of me. If you don't believe in angels it's okay cuz I do! Today is 19 years since this happened. And no I'll never forget the noises from inside my body when the car came down on it. I think I share this every year adding a year. It never gets easy.

Yes I'm making prosciutto bread again! Seems to be an all-day process for me but these suckers are going in the freezer with the other two that were left from the last batch. I'll update with the finished product in a little while.

You could see this tree is holding on to the other tree probably screaming in tree talk " please let me go down easy!"😬
Just the other day it was leaning on the branch that now is clearly snapped and broken dangling on the tree it's holding on to.
I kind of feel so sad. 🥺

She's DONE!!! This is the best shape loaf I have made compared to the other monster loaves I've made. I'm hoping I don't devour a whole loaf to myself tonight! 😂 Trust me it could happen! 🤭

Update: well she's ready to be sliced basted and thrown in the oven! At this rate the prosciutto bread won't be cooled down until midnight! 😂 And yes I'm going to eat some before I go to bed!

I got tired of the stupid power outages here that happened two or three times a month. So I got this jackery generator & solar panel for well under $400! + I got #CapitalOne points & 10% off! It's just under 300 w. You can run a fan or heater & TV w/USB flash drive or hard drive. It's perfect!

OMG these are so good! My cousin turned me on to it and he created a monster! They're only around for the summer so if you like those rocket ship popsicles from the ice cream truck back in the day that's what these taste like. Just giving myself a treat. 😎
