In some states the structure is for the state bar to take complaints, investigate them, and make findings to the state’s Supreme Court, whose members make the final decision, including suspension or termination of a law license.

Hopefully one of the attorneys will file a complaint with the bar wherever she is licensed to have the matter reviewed. For most bars, it is a punishable violation of the ethics rules to help or induce someone else to violate the ethics rules. Let’s hope that she loses her license sooner than later
