National contract bargaining with Kaiser Permanente continues, with our Alliance of Health Care Unions holding firm. Overall, KP’s movement is still too little and too slow. It’s time for KP to pick up the pace and show real progress!

Yesterday we rallied at the College Park Shoppers to protest UNFI's latest slate of store closures. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Next we are meeting with the company, as are several elected officials from areas impacted by the store closures. We aren't giving up without a fight!

We are deeply saddened to share the unexpected loss of our UFCW sister Andrea Zinder, President of UFCW Local 324 in southern California. Andrea was a tireless champion for not just UFCW members but all working people. We mourn her passing and our hearts go out to her family.
