The #CCMBucketHat was in Lithuania last week with @linzyelton.bsky.social & @dallasroulston.bsky.social visiting NVSPL to run a workhop on using @nanoporetech.com for surveillance of pathogens and #AMR, #metagenomics of wastewater and #16S for clinical samples! Thanks to the team for hosting us!

Some of the CCM clinical trials team joined the PanACEA annual meeting in Cape Town, South Africa 3-5 June. A celebration of all the work achieved, and a look forward to all of the things we can work towards with PanACEA3!

In our final video on #clinicaltrials, @linzyelton.bsky.social explains what a site coordinator does when they visit each of the labs! Coordinators work closely with the lab teams to help make sure that all work is being done according to the trial guidelines, making the data robust.
