Also, this game is going to be a future exploration. I don't normally play shmups, but the developers did an awesome job with the gameplay graphics that I'm enjoying the visual aesthetics of frame blending in this and previous GB titles played.

Done! Lorelei and the Laser Eyes (Any%) sub 1:50:00 speedrun achieved. Absolutely stoked with where this run has progressed to now.

An offline PB/WR for Lorelei and the Laser Eyes (Any%), and the issue I now face is trying to frontload even more Truth Recovered percentage to guarantee an earlier spawn of the second maze man. This speedrun is getting pretty crazy!

Huge improvement for Lorelei and the Laser Eyes (Any%) with a decent reroute that has saved over a minute. Good time to get this before Simogo's 15th anniversary celebration!

After showing my family last week how AI is so bad that it couldn't beat an Atari 2600 on easy difficulty in chess, took more than 80 hours to win it's second gym badge in Pokemon Red, and claiming the word "blueberry" has three B's, they can laugh in copious amounts at our government too.

Better rng and quicker boss kills could see this time fall a lot further. Keen to see if this can happen. Cheers to everyone hanging out or dropping by tonight!

Made it! Got under 2 hours tonight for Lorelei and still more that can be tidied up. Maze men are still something I'm trying to figure out (they cost quite a bit of time between Eyes tonight).

Well, I got a PB in the first run tonight for Lorelei at 2:04:40. All keen for the second run as part of a back-to-back and below is the result of cutting stream short. Very sorry for this, but it's out of my hands due to a network upgrade.

Even though I didn't get past Level 2 last night, there was a lot of cool stuff learned about Contra: The Alien Wars [GB] last night. Maniac difficulty, shifting hitboxes on weapon attacks, adapting boss fights and getting a double jump RTA viable!
