a photo of a bowl of mexican rice + cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, hummus and avocado --- i bought a bunch of veggies and stuff recently to cook myself healthy meals but instead i've been eating tiny meals/snacks once or twice a day because "you don't deserve to eat" and also no motivation to eat/prepare anything plus, it doesn't matter if i don't eat, i might lose weight if i don't eat which is always good in my case, right? so i might as well just eat the bare minimum to not suffer however, just now my tummy was in pain so with motivation from a friend i managed to create this and i think you should all see it. do you think a depressed person could make this? checkmate. i think i'm cured. (the rice was from a bag lol) (actually this is a very solid meal, i recommend it)
