I get so excited about these young lads in the youth set up aswell but when you see some of them training next to first team players it’s understandable why they haven’t made the jump. Not just height but thickness. Hopefully Ruben gives them some game time once Fa third round comes around

Even before this, I’m not trying to say he’s sulking. Even when you see footage of him in the youth set up he almost has that baller style of play. Not trying to stereotype him as lazy but almost like he was so good technically at youth level he didn’t have to run.

I sort of agree with you that we don’t know enough to critique kobbies work ethic, I really hope Ruben is pushing him and been harsh but fair with what he expects.
But, kobbie has that martial style body language on the pitch, and Ruben probably was blocked on getting rid in same window as garnacho

Apparently Ruben giving kobbie one on one sessions and really pushing him over last few months. Ruben really likes him. I don’t think we see enough when he comes on to be honest

I my opinion VAR should have a time limit of say 30 seconds. It should have as many camera angles as possible but they can only be viewed at real time speed. No slowing it down to see something that is impossible with the human eye

I wonder what we would realistically get? We get 40/50% of any sale fee regardless of profit so is he a 60m player if you factor in his baggage and the fact it’s going to be clubs outside the prem bidding for him?

Don’t normally like our players playing in the international break but I think this could be a positive for him if he comes back fit

I admit that in the summer I’d rather of sold him and got his wages off our books. Last season he looked terrible playing twice a week and I thought he was much more suited to the European games. So just thought he wouldn’t get much game time. Fair play to him
