Gerry. ‘Doing my best’ sort of husband and dad! Enjoys a good film. Tone-deaf but loves a decent tune. Needs more time to read a good book.
@glasgowfilmtheatre.bsky.social it’s getting to that time of year when the big question is, when are the tickets going on sale for It’s a Wonderful Life?

Can someone just spare a thought for the harm that Glastonbury has caused to the Israeli Occupation Force? That they have to try and continue to murder women and children through all the tears from hearing themselves called out as the genocidal monsters that they are!

Doctors in Gaza warn of a ‘silent catastrophe’ as formula milk runs out and starving mothers can’t breastfeed due to Israel’s blockade, threatening thousands of Palestinian babies.

Almost a year now since I got my first tattoo over in Derry at 76 Tattoo House! In another couple of weeks I’ll have my fifth tattoo completed here in Glasgow! Addicted much!

So day one of this app has been interesting. Trying to find some of my contacts from that other platform and get to grips with it. Received my first dm from a single ‘female’ offering no strings friendship! Are scams a regular thing here too?

We went to see ‘28 Years Later’ last week. Felt much more in tune with the original than its sequel. So much going for it and then that wild final five minutes was mind-blowing!

Trying hard to get used to listening to Audible as a way to catch up on some reading! I think I need to train myself to listen better. Does this get easier?

Media talking about the ‘fury’ being expressed by ‘death to the IDF’ and ‘free Palestine’ chants at a music festival! Fury from who? The UK government who enable and support the genocide, or the Zionists who commit that genocide!

Went to see the F1 movie last week. Utterly ridiculous. Very much a Brad Pitt vanity project but Brad Pitt was superb to be fair. His usual, very watchable, self. Kerry Condon, Damson Idris, and Javier Bardem all fantastic. Nonsense but a great watch. Top Gun on wheels.

The UK media and establishment working so very hard to make the calling out of genocide the issue whilst denying that the genocide itself should be the issue. #kneecap
