I blame Mitch for this mess we're in now. He and Susan Collins who said that he has " learned his lesson" instead of convicting.

Will anything happen? Will we ever know? Even if all of the votes are there in Congress, wouldn't it go to his desk? Doesn't he have veto power? How is this going to work? I honestly don't know.
