SWEHSC member, Mona Arora, PhD, facilitated a Tribal engagement session at the AZ Heat Summit. Her co-facilitator was Darien Fuller (AZ Advisory Council on Indian Health Care), with support from Shunrang Chin, a SCORCH student. Engaging Tribal communities on EH issues is key for mitigating impacts!

July was another busy month! Thanks to the students who chose to spend 2 weeks with us for the OLEH program. They got a crash course in env health and developed mini grant proposals on a topic of their choice. We had a blast and are already looking forward to next year! #EHSCC
