The way they want to achieve these things is vastly different. All based on their values, education, how they see the world (fear) etc. Remember you would think like anyone else if you were in their shoes. We have a lot more common than not. Relate to those commonalities when discussing a #RBE

By meeting people where they are, addressing their fears, values, & aspirations,the transition to an RBE becomes not just plausible, but imperative.
