Also, I did that one as an audiobook and I can’t decide if “macrame” is pronounced differently in British English or if the narrator mispronounced it.

I did! It’s not the best book I’ve read, but it was refreshing to see older characters with real personalities. It also made me laugh out loud more than once.

Yes, but I never ate pork. I usually ask my husband if it tastes the same. He used to say it was similar, but tasted like a lower fat version, but that’s probably not the case anymore as Beyond and Impossible aren’t low fat.

I still get the Silk vanilla soy one, too. But for the longest time the fun new flavors were only in the almond creamers. Such a first world problem, I know, but it was so disappointing to get excited about a flavor and then see it was nut-based.
