You can't advocate to attack another country because you think it shouldn't exist but still expect it to respect your sovereignty. Doesn't work like that.

Well Israel is still there! If your solutior is, the PLO, or Hezbollah successfully launching armed attacks on the State of Israel from Lebanon while preserving Lebanese sovereignty until Israel self immolates, the past 50 years of abject failure should be instructive.

It’s very simple to me: if you’re not willing to use any weapon or tool of democracy to preserve democracy, then you need to go: starting with the filibuster.

The executive is only dominating the other branches bc of congressional gridlock and the federal courts the Senate made.

I would suggest instead of or alongside #4: an aggressive attitude toward impeachment. If the President is violating the Constitution brazenly, he should be impeached. Congress should jealously guard its power & be willing to launch impeachment inquiries often as necessary to recover its status.
