With everything going directly to Hell at basically an exponential rate nothing makes me happier than my hometown's delightful Halloween decorations (the chair on the lamp post is up there all year round)

Since Battletech seems to be what works on you perve- I mean fellow appreciators - here is a Rifleman. It's very to the point, it's sleek and I like it because I think mechs look best when they're not too humanoid.

Today's mech (that we appreciate) is the Overdron Batroid from the miniature wargame Infinity. A statuesque killing machine of vat-grown synthetic flesh and cold metal in the service of an alien super-AI.

I should do something about that mech appreciation thing. Here's a Stalker from BattleTech/Mechwarrior. As far as large, ungainly sons go, this one is a clear favorite
