i couldn't get into the FFG one either, the revised version is based on 3.5 DND which is what i was always more comfortable with

it was the same with acolyte, peolle hated it because it doesn't make the jedi look like some perfect organisation, all of star wars is just the story of how the jedi screwed up this time

there are parts of it i love, there are parts of it i don't, i don't think it deserves the hate it got just because it was new

it is, i use the money from the sales to supply stuff for the local gaming groups so it's more frustrating that i won't be able to do that for a bit

i've only every made 4-5 sales, so it's not going to send me broke, but this is meant to be me selling stuff i make anyway i don't want to go through loads of drama for $100 a month

because i run through etsy and can't get details from them or exclude the US from purchases i'm having to stopp all international orders until i can fix postage up and see what happens

i've all but stopped painting and playing, i find joy now in helping others locally play more, i make and sell terrain kits to fund terrain for local events and to help fund me running my own events

My favourite was that GW make special 2 foot tall versions of some models so that the paint team can get better detail for the box art. This came up when mephiston was revealed

my kids are also aged 9-12, and none of them have social media, they don't even have full youtube, kids youtube only, no google and no streaming services on their personal devices

like many legislations they do go too far, but like many types of legislations involving kids it shouldn't be needed if parents would actually be involved with their kids lives

i'm in australia and honestly i agreed with the majority of the anti social media ban, especially after one of my boys was attacked at school by kids who organised the attack on snapchat, they were all aged 9-12
