For me its stuffing. Ignoring me being allergic to most stuffing, I have had so many subpar stuffings that I would rather not take the gamble on if it is good or not.

I really do need to try it again. My initial experience wasn't great, but that was more from two people "showing" me what to do without actually saying anything and running off in different directions
