His personality was “bearable” in earlier appearances but last night was too much, hopefully he can reevaluate his performance

I like the religion, it is very ‚facets of a jewel‘ type of diety which is always fun to see

Great explanation on the topic.

Your explanation of Bigoted Correctness really ties into to how I am trying to better understand 'intolerance'.

I think works from C. Mouffe, N. Fraser, and J. Stanley would be right up your alley in terms of looking at the power of consesus.

While I can understand the frustration regarding educational norms among alternative-pathways, ignorance is the admittance of defeat, everyone can continue to learn and grow, and it is especially important today to look beyond superficial divisions.

You should take a look at inherited traumas, specifically works disucssing 'anthropologies of memory,' 'cultural trauma,' or even 'cultural trauma.'

I remember reading an article in my graduate school regarding the trauma of lynched communities, but I can't remember who exactly focused on it. 🙏

Sorry, just the honorifics and classifier system in Japanese, Ergative-Absolutive Alignments and Evidentiality from regional Spanish dialects, and Polysythentic Structures I have found in German and Japanese, but I heard there are better examples in other languages for it.

*Me fighting my course planning counsellor that I needed certain classes for my graduation, and then telling me to take the wrong classes in every meeting for each semester.

Plus administration only counting my international classes for half of thier real units XD

It do what it do

It probably depends on the learner.

For me, some hard ones I struggled with were Polysynthetic Structures (one big word means and entire sentence or idea), Evidentiality (how you obtained information), Ergative-Absolute Alignments, Honorifics, and Classifier systems (looking at you Japanese).

One day we were just happy to be reading any random book and to work on summarising it or even reflecting on it in a creative way.

And then, all the sudden before middle school, we had to focus on pros and cons essay writing, and suddenly everything had to be politicised.

At least in California…
