If you purchased a game. You have a right to do with that game what you want. If you enjoyed it, you should be able to play again. Now they may have purposely obscured that ability, but you can still do it if you so wish.

Overall, I do hope Chapter 4 improves my current opinion of the game, but I don't think it will.

This may just be a me thing. But I want to offer this piece of criticism. The overall game is good, great, and polished. However, it doesn't feel like the same guy who's worked on Undertale or Deltarune Chapter 1. I know they are not the same game, and they have their own cannons.

So far. It may be controversial... but it doesn't feel like.... well, you....
For at least chapter 3 (because I'm still playing chapter 4), it didn't feel like something you would exactly make. It felt more like a fan game. I feel like this is due to things like the bullet patterns.

Agreed. Even to this day it is underrated. Despite being considered a milestone game in gaming history.
