Publisher favouritism imo. Phantom Liberty was also an excellent DLC and its own game, as well as adding and improving Cyberpunk. But it wasn’t eligible.
DLC should be its own category, because this stinks of The Game Awards desperate to have FromSoft’s name in the mix.
