I'm not sure I could classify most of what happens in my head as "mind working". It's certainly doing SOMETHING, but more like "A runaway fruit cart tumbling down a rocky hillside".

Rambling aside, I loved this sequence. It's adorable, especially the love the two (three+?) have for each other. The checking of boundaries, the worry about imposition, the happy indulgence, all of it feels so lovely. ^.^

Princess is a non-anthro dragon who is very much a pet, pink collar and everything. No suit, though.

For me, the forms are all still "me", even if they highlight different aspects of myself somewhat. I'm less in a pet headspace as Vayryn, for instance.

I'm not a plural system myself, but I do often refer to my various forms by nicknames, and say things like "I'm feeling very Flopsy today", or "I'd like some Princess time, is that okay?"

(Of course, I didn't think through what happens when I then write stories with MCs with those forms and names.)

From one Matriarch to anozher, it's an interesting feeling, all right. ^.~
