It's honestly frustrating the resistance there is to leaving FANDOM, considering everyone hates it and the writing is clearly on the wall, but it's "too hard" to fight with FANDOM's algorithm.

Every time I think one problem has been resolved, another one presents itself.

I've been debating whether to poke at wiki.gg since it's game-focused and they prefer if there's dev involvement ... man wouldn't that be a dream ...

No worries on that front! The intention is definitely to rework all the articles. The original wiki is notoriously copypasta, so I'm seeing this is an opportunity for a lot of cleanup.

* Following up on these points, a dedicated Discord eventually would be helpful for organising, but that's only if enough people get on board. As it stands, I'm fine without one and would rather shuffle people along to existing ones.

* Templates - always a nightmare on FANDOM

What I want to make clear is that I don't want to belittle the efforts of anyone throughout the last 10+ years. This is a very dedicated fandom, which is part of why I love it.

* How to handle translations??? Let me regale you with tales of the translation and localisation wars ... I fully admit I've been heavy handed myself with forcing changes. Anyway, not sure how to minimise any potential conflict there.
