Go ahead and remove DEI because people were hired on their merit and proved themselves while in their positions. If terminated for lack of doing their job that's understandable, if for any other reason lawsuits for wrongful termination are alive and well. 69% of us don't need a "rule' to play fair.

When did it become so passively ok to threaten other citizens? Are we responding in kind? Are we filing police reports? Are we pressing charges when we identify these people? Are we active in neighborhood watch to protect our our fellow citizens? If not, why not? They need to know the consequences.
