And there’s the clarification.
During the Georgia at Buffalo game this past Saturday, after Georgia goaltender Brett Dobson was assessed a Major Penalty, he should not have personally served the penalty and should have remained eligible to play his position. Pursuant to League procedures, Georgia’s in-home player should have served the Major Penalty in Dobson’s place.

I'm glad the Seals did the right thing by not reinstating Staats & releasing him. It felt like they were inching closer to dressing him by moving him to the Protected Player List after the NLL dropped his indefinite suspension.

Now 13 other teams have to not sign him. We'll see how that goes.
