I can barely tell these kids apart in baby photos, and they crawled out of me like the little stomach alien . They are very obviously whole ass siblings.

Luckily, in my stupor of "wtf did you just say?" I had the ability to clamp my hand over my oldest's mouth real quick as they started to blurt out,"Yea. Yours.... *muffled expletives*"

This reminds me of the cinvo in a parking lot. I, admittedly, have a lot of kids.

While true, blue cities in red states that don't limit their carrying are uniquely prepared for this in a way that those in most blue states aren't rn.

I don't know if there were firearms at that protest. I do know that it is plausible, and there's a growing awareness of the need in similar areas.

I have a mug that the kids keep breaking and then replacing. One year, a friend of mine bought two as a joke.

The kids immediately broke one of them, but it must've worked because I still have the 2nd.

In NC, you can open carry anywhere & without a permit, as long as you're 18. CA and IL, not so much. They clearly didn't think they'd see large protests in the areas that allow permitless open carry.

Mine sits next to the table where the kids do school. Every so often, after an exceptionally loud trill, we hear, "Yes. We hear you. But, do you mind?" Then, they get a little "Sorry" tweet back.

Much nicer than my "Cacaw to you, too, mother fucker," for sure.

Apparently, it's getting attention as well.
