Thats what I’m leaning toward as well but I will update you as soon as I know just to see if you hit the $0 jackpot haha

Yes! Mine unfortunately has a viewfinder issue right now so i kinda have to trust that the camera is nailing focus despite the viewfinder showing otherwise 90% of the time, but besides that it’s great!!

I loaded two rolls into the camera this weekend but have to confirm which photos came from which roll when I get back my negatives. It’s either Portra 400 or Kodak gold!

Sharing this because it’s currently -15 in Toronto and I need a mental escape to the warmth for a second 😂

Thanks!! Yeah it’s one of the first photos that came out exactly as I planned! I messed up the next frame but let’s not talk about that 😂

I am using an app as well. It works well for the most part but there have been a handful of situations where it has let me down. I just always hate the idea of such a boring purchase haha

No matter how great you are as a portrait photographer, unless you are taking portraits of celebs, nobody is buying prints of a random person (fine art portraits aside). So getting back to doing travel photography and even street photography will be a priority for 2025.

One of the major things I have realized since I made the switch to doing portraits instead of travel/street/landscape photography is that really has an impact on print sales. It limits you on what you can make in terms of passive income

Hahaha well in that case I don’t feel as bad! But if I had just taken the time to read the manual or even watch a YouTube video it would have saved me the trouble. I am happy giving myself the thought that the best photo I have ever taken was the middle frame of an accidental triple exposure haha

I love Kodak gold!
