You realize that a model with a 71% prediction will be wrong nearly 1/3 of the time, right?

Which is inflationary, and will raise prices for consumers even higher (than they're about to be from tariffs)

This is true economically.

My advocation for getting wired connectivity to rural areas is based on giving consumers choice and avoiding monopolization

This is a reasonable future-state take to have. Eventually there should be competitors offering space internet, giving consumers a variety of options

We are not there yet. By not giving physical connectivity to rural areas we are implicitly creating a Starlink monopoly that will probably be abused

This is puzzling, considering that Russia is continually attacking the US. How could it possibly interpreted as anything but a favor for Russia?

I started a guide on this last night. The TLDR is that you should use Ollama to host Deepseek locally (a platform for downloading, maintaining, running, and interacting with models like deepseek).

Note that you don’t have to use docker-compose, its an option
How to use Docker-Compose for Ollama
I had a hard time finding straight-forward guides on getting Ollama set up with Docker-Compose — so this is how it’s done.

A bit hard to grok exactly how bad this was with the details presented. It mentions chats - it is it metadata related to chats, or actual chat text? Also curious during what timeframe

There is no doubt in my mind that AI is the future of medicine. It is capable of massive sets of medical histories of data and analysis patterns that humans aren’t capable of seeing
