Unfortunately the legality of anything does little to stop these people these days. Their faces are clearly visible though, they won't be unknown for long.

It seems we're living in a fascist police state because those are the NY state trooper uniforms.

I'm sure they will have a field day, but also @governor.ny.gov needs to examine why State police were the ones used at this event.

Thanks! Typically the subway is packed, so if the car is empty its for good reason. Either the a/c is out on a hot day or someone has turned it into their personal toilet.
