Just donated blood for my 19th time. Walking in to donate, I was reminded of the last time I went and was turned away because my hemoglobin was too low.

As I was leaving after being turned away, I told the front desk person my Hb was low and he said:

"Oh, I hope your body is okay!"

Weird adult thing:

Finishing a container/jar/package of something and making space in the kitchen is SO satisfying... Until you realize you have to buy a whole new container/jar/package again.

Repeat cycle until the end of time 😂

Watching Modern Family with Steph and there's an ep Claire and Phil are offered 1 first class upgrade on a flight. Claire takes it which led to us talking about the hypothetical.

What would you and YOUR partner do if offered only 1 first class upgrade? You take it? Offer to them? Turn it down? ✈️✈️

Looking back at all my auditions from last year and comparing them to my income, commercial work makes sense... But I gotta up my animation and VG success in 2025 (and use the same colours for the same genres in my pie charts 😅)

This is where the magic happens and no it doesn't LOOK quite that magical, but I promise you it does the job!

Looking back at my 781 auditions from this year, seems like they skew pretty heavily towards commercial auditions compared to other genres!

Just means I need to look harder for non commercial opportunities in 2025 🤠

Is this people commenting for visibility or do they genuinely not know how to follow instructions 🤔

Have had TWO awesome ADR dubbing practice sessions with Anthony Rodriguez and Max Alvarado in the last week.

They really challenged me and made me realize that timing is harder than you think 😅

I felt kinda like Miles Turner in this part of Whiplash at times, but came out stronger at the end!

I was in my 8-14 y/o VO class yesterday and made a magic marker wand like a silly goose and one student looks at it and goes:

"I used to make magic marker wands like that every day when I was in kindergarten. Now that I'm in grade 2 I don't do that anymore."

WELL I STILL MAKE WANDS AT 32 SO THERE

I always get a tinge of stolen valor when one of my agents sends a PO after a session and includes "Thank you for your service" 😂

Throwback to one of my marketing emails from about 3 years back and the response I received from the producer...

Ah yes "the correct and obvious channels" like "voicies123" lmao.

*uploads all 8 and clicks resubmit*

Dangit, they needed to be AAABBBCCC.

*fixes them and then uploads them*

Gosh Darnit, my name wasn't on that one.

*adds name and submits again*
