Ongoing. Flare diet very different from the normal. Ongoing I do Metamucil daily plus lettuce and other high fiber items.

None so far, but have learned to just monitor my food and response to it. My doc gave me the old advice of strictly no nuts, popcorn, etc. (though I know even that’s controversial). I follow it and it seems to reduce the flares.
