When I arrive…
Them: “Is this your order?”
Me:”Yup”

-first full year of sobriety
-did the best job I can at being a dad
- rewrites on two screenplays and a first draft on another
-editing two short films and my first feature length (out this Christmas)

Got to see our film Trumpet Gumbo on the IMAX screen and experience it on the big screen for the first time.
A dream come true to see the credit scroll and my name on the screen. Forever grateful

My grandmother died from Alzheimer’s.
I’m very likely to get Alzheimer’s.
The progress that they were making (which was getting close to a couple of breakthroughs) won’t be pushed forward.

A couple of small wins
Our film Trumpet Gumbo got accepted into the Beverly Hills Film Festival and will premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre! A dream come true for a project to get shown in one of the most famous movie theaters in the world. Not to mention it’s the 25th anniversary of the festival!

A couple of small wins
