I have seen clips of the original dub, and the banger theme song, so this was my first time seeing a couple episodes in full, and it indeed was like a 90s anime adaptation, music, voices, edits & all. Not bad by any means, but just crazy to see how far we've come. 🤣

Got a VHS tape off eBay of the first two Sailor Moon episodes from when the show first came out here in the 1990s dubbed by D.I.C. who did the first two seasons before it was cancelled (and then brought back, but that's a story for another day).

Grandparents gave me some recorded VHS tapes from my youth, which consisted of PR on ABC Family, as well as Magic School Bus on TLC, TMNT on Cartoon Network, PBS Kids, and Playhouse Disney.
I would say this is all around 2003-2004 or so.
